Mr.Kalajian has over 18 years of experience performing structural engineering with emphasis on concrete, post-tensioned, steel, masonry and timber structures. In addition, he has experience in commercial and residential applications.


Mr.Kalajian has been responsible for facility assessments and the development of project scopes and initial construction budgets for facility owners throughout Florida.  His work has also included the development of construction documents, bid evaluation and negotiations with contractors, establishing project construction schedules as well as performing construction administration and commissioning to maintain a quality and timely end product.


Mr.Kalajian has extensive working experience in concrete, post-tensioned, steel, pre-engineered metal buildings, masonry and timber structures.  He also has a large amount experience in the design of custom residences ranging from 3,000 s.f. to 23,000 s.f. Mr.Kalajian also has experience with finite element software analysis, and post-tensioned software analysis.
